Request a Property Tax Auto-Debit Payment Plan

HOW TO JOIN A PROPERTY TAX AUTO-DEBIT PLAN

  1. Complete the online request form for your property.
  2. The Town of Canmore will email you a customized auto-debit agreement.
  3. Complete, sign and return the customized agreement sent to you by the Town of Canmore along with your bank account information.
  4. Start-up payment: make any required initial payment to get your account up to date before your first debit date as outlined in the application.

NOTES:

  • Applications must be completed and returned by the 5th of the month in which the debit is to begin.
  • All properties must be enrolled separately.
  • Parking stalls must be enrolled separately from living units. Parking stalls are eligible for a one time, annual debit on the tax due date. These debits will be in addition to any other property tax payments.
